Description
Machine for making different types of dough, especially indicated for soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piada. Structure coated with scratch-resistant paint - parts in contact with food (bowl, spiral and dough-breaker rod) in stainless steel - safety microswitch on bowl lid - smoked polycarbonate lid as standard on models 12-18-25-38. Models 7 and 50 are only available with a stainless steel grid cover. The CNS and FN versions have a lifting head and the tank is removable only for the CNS version.
Optional: mechanical or digital timer (excluding models 7 and 50), motor protection switch, stainless steel grid cover for models 12-18-25-38 only, wheels kit and low trolley with wheels, pot extraction handles (only for CNS models)
